PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ophthalmological measuring device capable of measuring the data on the eye refraction, the pupillary distance and the pupil diameter when the eye position is changed, and displaying the data synchronous to the change of an anterior eye portion. SOLUTION: This ophthalmological measuring device comprises a light source part 4 to emit the illumination luminous flux to illuminate the eyeground of each eye of an examinee, an irradiation optical system 1 to irradiate the illumination luminous flux from the light source part on the eyeground of each eye of the examinee; a light receiving optical system 2 including a shut-off part which shuts off a part of the reflected luminous flux from the eyeground of each eye of the examinee irradiated with the illumination luminous flux, and is arranged in its optical path so that the light quantity distribution is changed according to the eye refraction substantially at the conjugate position with the pupil of the eye to be measured; a light reception part 9 arranged substantially at the conjugate position with the pupil of the eye to be measured, receiving the received luminous flux from the light receiving optical system; a storage part to store the light reception signal from the light receiving optical system; a control operation part 13 to obtain at least one of the pupillary distance, the eye refraction and the pupil diameter based on the light reception signal of the light reception part; and a display part 14 which displays the image of the anterior eye portion of the eye to be measured during the measurement, and secularly displays the data of the pupillary distance, the eye refraction, and the pupil diameter of the eye to be measured, which is the result of measurement during the period of measurement on the real time basis.
