PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide sufficient antibacterial properties and a frosted surface design effect and also durability by laminating a layer comprising a composition containing a hydrophilic substance mixed or bound with a polymeric substance binding an antibacterial agent component and a curing agent on one face of a base material film and thereby realizing a specific surface glossiness. SOLUTION: A layer comprising a composition containing a hydrophilic substance mixed or bound with a polymeric substance binding an organic antibacterial agent component to the main chain or the side chain, a curing agent and inactive particles, is laminated on at least one face of a vase material film. The organic antibacterial component is a quaternary ammonium salt such as allyl isothiocyanate, a quaternary phosphonium salt or the like. The hydrophilic substance is a substance having an affinity with water, e.g. a hydroxyl group or an amino group. The curing agent is generally a heat-curable resin or an ionizing radiation curable resin, but is desirably the ionizing radiation resin from the viewpoint of required quick curing characteristics. The surface glossiness of an antibacterial composition layer laminated on the base material film is set to be 65% or less.
