PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate piping work in a job site while a fluid can be stably supplied even in the case of changing a flow rate of the fluid supplied to each fluid use equipment, without complicating a piping system. SOLUTION: Water being a medium advances into a supply header 2, is brached and supplied to each fluid use equipment through a two-way valve 3. The water used in the fluid use equipment is collected to a return header 4, so as to be returned thereafter to a heat source machine or the like. A differential pressure control valve 7 provided in a bypass 6 controls a difference between a pressure of the supply header 2 and a pressure of the return header 4 so as to hold it in a prescribed range. In this way, a flow rate of water flowing in the supply header 2 is almost fixed not in accordance with a number of sets of the fluid use equipment in use. Accordingly, a load of the heat source machine and pump can be almost fixedly held.
