PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a three-way ball valve in which a ball can be revolved by a small rotational torque. SOLUTION: When a ball 27 is at a position to communicate a flow inlet with a first flow outlet with a distance of a portion of the ball 27 opposite to each ball seat made different, the ball 27 contacts only with a third and a fourth ball seats 39 and 41 in a fluid-sealing relation. In the case in which the ball 27 is positioned to communicate the flow inlet with a second flow outlet 19, the ball 27 contacts only with a first and a second ball seats 35 and 37 in a fluid-sealing relation.
