PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress oil feeding from interfered by setting a relative positional relation between a vent hold and a compressed refrigerant gas discharge part in such a state as not interfering the oil discharged from the vent hole provided in the rotary drive shaft with the compressed refrigerant gas discharged from the compressed refrigerant gas discharge part. SOLUTION: When an eccentric part 15 is rotated in a cylinder chamber with rotation of a crankshaft 3, a piston 16 revolves and refrigerant gas sucked inside the cylinder 5 from a refrigerant gas suction pipe 18 is compressed in the cylinder chamber. Then, oil is sucked up from an oil sump in the closed casing bottom to an oil chamber of the crankshaft 3 to be fed to a rotation sliding part and at the same time discharged as excess oil from the vent hole in an arrow 20d direction. In this case, the vent hole is provided in such a position that a phase of a direction expressed by the arrow 20d advances 90 deg. relative to the eccentric direction expressed by an arrow 15a of the eccentric part 15. The excess oil is discharged from the gas vent hole in the arrow 20d direction in a position advancing 90 deg. relative to the eccentric direction expressed by the arrow 15a.
