PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small-sized pump having improved discharging stability. SOLUTION: This small-sized pump is provided with a suction side fluid storage chamber 3 provided upstream of a suction side check valve 6 in a casing 1 and capable of storing the specified capacity of conveying fluid, a suction side opening window 5 formed on the casing 1 so that the suction side fluid storage chamber 3 may be communicated with the atmosphere, a suction side diaphragm 4 formed of a soft sheet material for shutting off the suction side opening window 5 of the suction side fluid storage chamber 5 from the atmosphere and for defining it so that the suction side fluid storage chamber 3 may have the specified capacity, a discharge side fluid storage chamber 9 provided downstream of a discharge side check valve 12 in the casing 1 and capable of storing the specified capacity of conveying fluid, a discharge side opening window 11 formed on the casing 1 so that the discharge side fluid storage chamber 9 may be communicated with the atmosphere, and a discharge side diaphragm 10 formed of a soft sheet material for shutting the discharge side opening window 11 of the discharge side fluid storage chamber 9 from the atmosphere and for defining it so that the discharge side fluid storage chamber 9 may have the specified capacity.
