PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pipe line repairing method and equipment capable of repairing the inside of a pipe line while sharing the pipe line. SOLUTION: Spaces among an upstream side main frame 69, a downstream side main frame 95 and a secondary winding concrete layer 2 to be repaired are closed with an expansion member 70 and downstream side cut-off members 96, the inflow of a sewage 3 into a repairing work objective section along the inside of the secondary winding concrete layer 2 is controlled and, at the same time, the sewage 3 is led to a downstream side B from a sewer pipe line upstream side A in the repairing work objective section through a temporary driving channel 114 formed by a raw water transmission space 68 of the upstream side main frame 69, a flexible hose 66 and a raw water transmission space 94 of the downstream side main frame 95. A sheet material 16 is spread on reinforced frame bodies 14 in the repairing work objective section to be cut off, and a back-fill material 115 is placed in a back-fill material casting space 37 to rebuilt the inside of the secondary winding concrete layer 2.
