PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stable feeder of city gas in which stable feed and efficient operation of facility are compatible by ensuring cooperation between a production plant and a feed center and ensuring cooperation between plural production plants. SOLUTION: This stable feeder of city gas has a main controller 40 for carrying out control of feed amount of city gas to plant facility of individual plant and an integrated operation control system 100 for allocating gas amount fed to city gas piping network to individual plant and controlling the gas amount.
