PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a joining method and a joining device joining plural members in the fields of the metalworking industry, electronic industry, machine industry, or the like. SOLUTION: In an electrolytic soln. 102, a member (A) 103A and a member (B) 103B are proximately set, and while a space between an electrode 105 and the member (A) 103A and a space between the electrode 105 and the member (B) 103B are respectively applied with a prescribed voltage, an XY axis stage 108 is driven along the shape of joined parts, by which a product by electrochemical reaction is precipitated on a space between the member (A) 103A and the member (B) 103B to joint the member (A) 103A and the member (B) 103B.
