PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a roof in a folded attitude from covering a driver's seat by providing a safety frame to protect an operator in a displaceable manner, and connecting the roof to an upper end portion of the safety frame in a folding- oscillating manner through a longitudinally extended support. SOLUTION: A roof 3 is provided behind a driver's seat provided in a traveling body 1 of this tractor for agricultural use through a safety frame 2, and right and left lower end portions of the safety frame are pivotably supported in an oscillating-displaceable manner in an upright posture and an inverted attitude with respect to a bracket 1a of the body 1 through a support shaft 4. Right and left upper end portions of the safety frame 2 are fitted to the roof 3, and a longitudinal long support 6 is provided on an upper surface of the upper end portions of the safety frame 2, and a forward end portion of the support 6 is supported by a support bracket 9 fixed to the position corresponding to the position of the forward end portion of the support 6 of the roof 3 in a folding-oscillating manner with the support bracket 9 as a support shaft.
