PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve installation strength of a duct for an air conditioner onto a vehicle interior member without deteriorating a design freedom degree of the vehicle interior member. SOLUTION: An upper duct half 31 and a lower duct half 32, 33 injection-moulded of a synthetic resin split into two are coupled with each other to compose a duct D for an air conditioner comprising a vent duct 171 and a defroster duct 191, and tips of duct installation leg parts 40-42 protruded from the duct D for the air conditioner roughly in parallel toward a vehicle interior member 1 are welded with a back surface of the vehicle interior member 1. Since size precision, thickness uniformity, and rigidity can be improved compared to cases of blow-moulding the duct D for the air conditioner, the tips of the duct installation leg parts 40-42 can be tightly applied to the vehicle interior member 1 to increase installation strength. In addition, the duct installation leg parts 40-42 need not be formed along the whole length of the duct D for the air conditioner, but the duct installation leg parts 40-42 need be formed only where required, thereby a design freedom degree of the vehicle interior member 1 can be improved.
