PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a bed for care which can readily perform moving on a bedpan by a walking-difficult patient and changing a body position of a patient of long term care. SOLUTION: This bed for care comprises as follows: a rail 4 is set in a vertical frame on a base holder; a divided mattress block is stored and fixed in the mattress case in which a rail groove is formed; the mattress block can be slid back and forth; and moving on a bedpan can be performed with a less load by a nursing person. Since a dent part and charging material are set on the mattress block and a body position can be readily changed, a local pain accompanying with the body position is reduced.
