PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable excrement treatment and washing an excretive part of laid patient and turning over with a cover on. SOLUTION: A diaper-like cover (1) is provided made of a flexible material, a flexible sealing member (2) coming into contact with the surrounding part of the excretive part of a patient is attached on an internal face of the cover (1), a detergent exhaust port (5) for jetting detergent toward the excretive part of the patient is formed on the inner circumference (1a-1) of the cover opposedly facing the excretive part of the patient, an exhaust port (13) for exhausting the detergent and excrement in the cover (1) and an air jetting part (6) for jetting air toward the excretive part of the patient are arranged. |
