PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a management system which presents no problem in legal terms for waste disposal in which waste disposal can be carried out efficiently by reducing the load of operation in a process of waste disposal. SOLUTION: A waste collector/transporter 102 inputs information of waste matters A1, A2 and A3 to a portable terminal device 104. A waste discharging enterprise or the like 101 confirms the information on waste matters input to the portable terminal device 104, and this is authenticated by inputting a password or the like. Then, the enterprise 101 sends the information of waste matters to a management center 103. After completing the waste matters A1, A2 and A3, the garbage collector/transporter 102 makes out a bill for the enterprise 101 though automatic calculation of cost of waste disposal by the portable terminal device 104.
