PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce allowance for vibration of a damper required for absorbing external disturbance of a low frequency vibration range without deteriorating absorbing action of a high frequency vibration range. SOLUTION: A damper circumferential wall 21 formed of an elastic member that is formed into a hollow filled with a viscous material, an operating column 10 formed by receiving an engagement pin 11 which is extended in an inward direction in at least one part of the damper circumferential wall 21 and projected from a vibration isolated member, and a one-layer partitioning part 6 which is supported by at least one part of the damper circumferential wall 21, and partitions a viscous material chamber 9 filled with the viscous material to form a clearance part through which the viscous material is moved are provided. When the damper circumferential wall 21 is vibrated, the operating column 10 agitates the viscous material filled into the inside of the damper circumferential wall 21 and the viscous material is moved through the clearance part, thereby external disturbance of a low frequency vibration range can be reduced.
