PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a dimensional accuracy, a stereo lithographic speed and an energy efficiency by manufacturing a stereo lithographic product by repeatedly laminating and stereo lithographic molding in steps until a stereo lithographic product having predetermined shape and size is formed. SOLUTION: A vertically movable table 3 for placing a stereo lithographic product L1 is disposed in a resin liquid 2 in a stereo lithographic bath 1. Then, a plate 4 is brought into contact with and disposed at a liquid surface 2' of the liquid 2. The surface 2' is pressed and flattened, and shut off from an oxygen in the atmosphere. In this state, a light is irradiated from a light source 5 installed above the plate 4 to photosetting the liquid 2 to form a cured resin layer L2 on a lower surface of the plate 4. Thereafter, the plate 4 is bent, released from an end of the layer L, the liquid 2 on the layer L2 is fed to a liquid layer having a predetermined thickness of the liquid 2. Then, the series of the steps are repeated to manufacture a stereo lithographic product. |
