PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect biting of a foreign matter, etc., in a stirring and mixing means in an early stage and to smoothly actuate this stirring and mixing means. SOLUTION: A working status of a stirring screw is displayed on a gage 73 set in a driver's cage 5 in accordance with a detection signal by detecting variation of supply pressure to a hydraulic motor for stirring by a pressure gage. The display contents are made of a beacon 130 and an indicator 131 on the gage 73, and the indicator 131 has a display region 133 showing that the hydraulic motor for stirring works. Thereby, this display region 133 is divided into a small section 133a to show a no-load driving state, a small section 133b to show that soil improvement treatment is carried out in a proper state and a small section 133c to show an overload state, and it is possible to recognize that the stirring screw starts biting a solid foreign matter, etc., when the beacon 130 suddenly oscillates to the side of the small section 133c.
