PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an in-pipe passage work rail unit, which can be laid assembled even in a pipe passage such as a sewer pipe in which water flows and can stably be installed on the internal face of the pipe. SOLUTION: This in-pipe passage work rail unit is to lay work rails along the bottom face of a pipe passage 1, which comprises a rail fixing frame 2 comprising block-shaped crossties 3 and 4, which are arranged so as to contact the inner face 1a of the pipe passage 1, fixed through a tie 6 arranged between the block-shaped crossties 3 and 4 at positions spaced at a specified interval in the peripheral direction of the bottom face of the pipe passage 1, and rail materials 7 and 8 with specified length, which are fixed between the top section of the crossties 3 and 4 of the rail fixing frame 2, which are arranged in parallel with each other at a specified interval. Then, a positioning means is provided to fix the rail materials 7 and 8 to the rail fixing frame 2.
