PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the occurrence of defective seeding takeout and defective seedling delivery by a seedling takeout tine, due to overcrowdedness and mutual entanglement of seedling leaves standing from a plurality of seedling pot parts at the upstream and downstream positions in a transportation direction in a seedling tray being transported slantingly downward toward a seedling takeout part. SOLUTION: A number of seedling leaf control bars 130 extending traversely in a direction perpendicular to the transportation direction of a seedling tray 22 are fixed at the top of leg bodies 128 stood from a frame 100 in a seedling feeding apparatus at proper intervals from the downstream side to the upstream side in the transportation direction. Seedling leaves 22b stood from the plurality of seedling pot parts 22a at the upstream and the downstream positions in the transportation direction are hit to the seedling leaf control bars 130 and crowded seedling leaves 22b are handed to eliminate mutual entanglement with transportation of the seedling tray 22.
