PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely remove frosts deposited on a bearing member supporting a guiding member at low costs. SOLUTION: In the lower surface of a bearing housing 17, an air supply path 35 is formed to communicate with a gap between bearing metals 23 and 24 and a guiding rod via a space part K. An air supply port 37 is attached to the outer end of the air supply path 35. Then, via the air supply port 37 and the space part K, super-dry air is supplied to the gap between the bearing metals 23 and 24 and the guiding rod.
