PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a silicone rubber composition excellent in adhesion to an organic resin and release from a mold and desirable for composite molding by mixing a diorganopolysiloxane with a reinforcing filler, a silatrane derivative, and an organic peroxide in a specified ratio. SOLUTION: This composition comprises 100 pts.wt. diorganopolysiloxane, 10-100 pts.wt. reinforcing filler, 0.1-10 pts.wt. silatrane derivative of the formula, and an organic peroxide in an amount effective to cure the composition. In the formula, R1 is H or an alkyl; R2 is R1 or -R4-O-R5, with the proviso that at least one R2 is -R4-O-R5; R4 is an alkylene; R5 is an alkenyl; R3 is a (substituted) monovalent hydrocarbon group, a 1-10C alkoxy, a glycidoxyalkyl, an oxysilanylalkyl, an acyloxyalkyl, or an aminoalkyl. It is desirable that the diorganopolysiloxane is one represented by the average unit formula: RaSiO(4-a)/2 and having a degree of polymerization of 1,000-30,000. In the formula, R is a (substituted) monovalent hydrocarbon group; and a is 1.9-2.1.
