PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure capable of easisly attaching/detaching a long stopper for continuous casting. SOLUTION: The engage-projecting parts in an insert rod part 4 are inserted into the engage-projecting insertion grooves 15 in the long stopper 12 and also, the insert rod part 4 is inserted into an insert rod hole 14 while compressing a coil spring 10. When the engage-projecting parts 11 are reached to the lower, end of the engage-projecting insertion grooves 15, an attaching rod 1 and the long stopper 12 are relatively turned to engage the engage-projecting part 11 with engaging grooves 16. The lower end parts of locking pins 6 formed in a ring body 5 are inserted into the locking pin insertion hole 7 in a flange 8, the insertion hole 9a of a spring seat 9 and the engage-projection grooves 15 to execute a detent. For removing the long stopper 12, after taking out the locking pins 6, the fitting rod 1 and the long stopper 12 are relatively turned to disengage the engaging groove 16 with the engage-projection part 10.
