PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a washing cleaner having a cleaning head capable of surely sucking and collecting adhered dust without being scraped outside a case when the cleaning head is moved. SOLUTION: Since a seal part 23 is formed of a large number of elastic wires, the wires smoothly ride on the dust adhered to a wall W, or the like to be cleaned when a cleaning head 8 is moved, and the dust can be surely taken into a case 18. The adhered dust is peeled with high water pressure, and sucked and collected. Water sprayed inside the case 18 infiltrates between a large number of wires, and is held between the wires by the surface tension, and the seal part 23 formed by the wires and the water serves to prevent the water from flowing out.
