PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the occurrence of a numbness in buttock parts or leg parts even in the case of sitting for a long time and also to obtain comfort in sitting without a hot and stuffy feeling on a seat surface by permitting a cushion material to be a three-dimensional stereoscopic structure net body consisting of line random loops and specifying a contact area ratio to a flat board. SOLUTION: A total ratio of a surface area in a contact part is preferably 18-75% in a seat mat and more preferably 25-60%. The cushion material for the seat mat is made of the three-dimensional stereoscopic structure net body consisting of the line random loops with 18-75% area ratio in a flat board contact part. Then capillary vessels on the surface of a body are not pressurized even in the case of sitting for a long time, a blood stream is not obstructed and the numbness or blood congestion do not occur when it is used for the seat mat. The seat mat is the three-dimensional stereoscopic structure net body consisting of the line random loops in the cushion material so that drastically excellent ventilation is obtained and a hot and stuffy feeling does not obtained in spite of usage by sitting for a long time.
