PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To house a movable conveying cylinder into a machine body so as to provide a length as short as possible, compact an auger device and readily perform the maintenance control of the movable conveying cylinder by composing the grain discharging auger of a fixed conveying cylinder and the movable conveying cylinder movable in the longitudinal direction. SOLUTION: The characteristic of this telescopic auger device of a combine harvester is to compose a grain takeout auger 14 of a fixed conveying cylinder 15 and a movable conveying cylinder 2 fitted onto the fixed conveying cylinder 15 and moving, expanding and contracting in the longitudinal direction and compose the movable conveying cylinder 2 of a front movable conveying cylinder 2a and a rear movable conveying cylinder 2b so as to house the starting end 2c of the rear movable conveying cylinder 2b in the width of a machine body when the movable conveying cylinder 2 is moved to the upstream side of the grain conveying direction in the combine harvester equipped with a grain tank 1 for temporarily storing grains on a mobile car body 8 having mobile devices 8a, a grain elevating cylinder 12 for discharging the grains temporarily stored in the grain tank 1 and the grain takeout auger 14.
