PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the easy centering and mounting of a drive pulley and to reduce the cost by integrally forming grooves of a timing pulley capable of wound and engaging with a timing belt, on the drive pulley capable of receiving the motive power from a motor through the timing belt. SOLUTION: Bearing accomodating portions 15, 15' are recessed on the axial both side inner parts of a drive pulley, a bearing 14 is accomodated in one of the bearing accomodating portions 15 and is retained by a stop ring 16, and one of shafts 13 is inserted therein and projected outwardly from the bearing 14. A bearing 14', fitted to a shaft 13 is inserted and fixed into the other bearing accomodating portion 15', and mounted by the stop ring 16. Furthermore a timing pulley 5 arranged on the outer peripheral surface of the axial one side of the drive pulley is integrally molded by notching the grooves 17 at prescribed intervals 17 in the circumferential direction on its outer peripheral surface. By integrally molding the timing pulley 5 to the drive pulley, a separate timing pulley used in a conventional device is dispensed with.
