PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely confirm whether the operation switch control for the respective solenoid valves are normally functioned or not before a cover is assembled by providing a face of a cover facing to a housing with a plurality of windows facing to the individual bus bars and the middle part of a common bus bar outside the positions of disposing the solenoid parts. SOLUTION: A face of a cover 21 facing to a housing 20 of a first resin molded body 65 is provided with windows 88 respectively facing to the individual bus bars 7102, 71C2 and the middle part of a common bus bar outside a magnetic path frame 44 of the respective solenoid parts 5b, 5b. The conduction and interruption between the individual bus bar and the common bus bar facing to a pair of windows 88 corresponding to the individual bus bar 7102, 71C2 and the common bus bar and a current flowing between both bus bars are detected. Thus, it can be confirmed that it is normal condition without wire breakage and a normla electric signal is output from an electronic control unit. Accordingly, before fastening of the cover 21 to the housing 20, confirmation can be made surely and efficiently.
