PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily change a cone angle of a laser beam corresponding to the cutting quality required for a work. SOLUTION: A multi-optical system 3 is arranged between a laser beam oscillator 1 and a machining head 2. The multi-optical system comprises a first optical route 31 to reduce the diameter of a laser beam from the laser beam oscillator to be guided to the machining head, a second optical route 32 to guide the laser beam from the laser beam oscillator to the machining head as it is and an optical path switching means to switch so that either one of the first optical route and the second optical route is connected between the laser beam oscillator 1 and the machining head 2.
