<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the manufacture of a windmill by a simple constitution and rotate it favorably by arranging an inside edge of each vane in a relatively slight distance from a rotation axis and exposing the considerable length of an end plate from the outside edge of each vane in a device having a common end plate I both ends of each vane. SOLUTION: A plurality of vanes 10 which are arranged radially around an axis 12 and extended in the rotating axis 12 of a rotary shaft 11 have one flat faces respectively, the opposed faces are formed into circular arc cross sections, and a common end plate 15 is fixed to the both ends of the vanes 10. In this case, each vane 10 has in inside edge 17 arranged in a relatively slight distance from the rotary axis 12, and the end plate 15 is so provided as to expose a considerable length from the outside edge 19 of each vane 10. The rotary shaft 11 is so constituted that the part extended from the bottom-side end plate 15 is supported to a bearing 29 of a mount 27, output is taken out from a pulley 35, and a baffle plate 35 is fixed to the support member 38 via an arm 36 extending from the bottom.</p> |
