PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve conformity of tire while preventing leakage of air. SOLUTION: The tire is manufactured by respectively sticking substantially ring-like side assemblies 33 consisting of a central inner line 24, a belt layer 35, a tread 36, or a bead 29 having fillers 28 attached to its both sides, a side carcass layer 27, an outside inner layer 25, or the like on the outer circumference of a forming drum 21 having its outer surface configuration being substantially the same as the inner surface configuration of a product tire, so that there exist no process of effecting substantially semicircular expansion and deformation, thus preventing the local expansion of the inner liner. |
