PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooperative control device of vehicle to reduce the torque steer phenomenon through cooperative control of a drive force and control force distributing device and a motor-driven power steering device, whereby a minimum modification is applied to the control means of a motor- driven power steering device of a vehicle of specifications not designed for cooperative control and thereby the control means is made adaptible to a vehicle of specifications designed for cooperative control. SOLUTION: A first control means U1 to control the operation of a drive force and control force distributing device calculates a torque steer preventing control signal IMS1 for reducing the torque steer phenomenon and outputs to a second electronic control unit U2 which controls a motor-driven power steering device. A changeover means 33 installed additionally to the second electronic control unit U2 selects one of a steering assist control signal IMS2 for assisting the steering operation and the control signal IMS1 and controls the operation of the power steering device on the basis of the selected control signal.
