PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a photocurable peeling agent which has excellent coatability, curability, adhesivity, coating film formability and peeling characteristics and does not generate a zipping sound, by mixing a specific polyorganosiloxane with an onium salt photoreaction initiator. SOLUTION: This photocurable peeling agent comprises (A) a polyorganosiloxane and (B) an onium salt photoreaction initiator. The polyorganosiloxane has repeating units represented by the average unit formula: (R1)a(R2)b(R3)cSiO(4-a-b-c)/2 R1 is each a (substituted) monovalent hydrocarbon group not having an oxetane ring and an oxirane ring, but may partially be H, OH or a 1-4C alkyl; R2 is an oxetane ring-containing group of the formula [R4 is H, a (substituted) monovalent hydrocarbon group or a halogen; R5 is a 1-6C divalent hydrocarbon group; Z is O or S]; R3 is an oxirane ring- containing group in which C is bonded to Si; (a) is such a number that (a)+(b)+(c) is 1.2-2.0; (b) and (c) are each 0.0002-1.0}, contains one or more oxetane ring-containing groups and one or more oxirane groups in the molecule, and contains 10-1,000 silicon atoms.
