PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clutch disc device which can realize favorable interior environment by previously preventing increase of rattling noises when amplitude of torsional vibration crosses a neutral point. SOLUTION: When a neutral point where a first stage initial torque is generated is set to 0 each clutch dimension is set in a manner that relation among neutral point moving amountsθL,θH according to oil temperature, the plus side angleθ1 of a first stage set operating angle, within a first stage set operating angleθMAXI and operating angleθNIL by vanishing rotational resistance TOLL, OH satisfiesθ1>=θT+θNIL and 0<=θT-θNIL. Thereby, regardless of fluctuation of oil temperature, amplitude of torsional vibration can be always suppressed to the plus side within a first stage range.
