PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fitting structure simply attaching and detaching a hard wall material to and from a wall substrate without directly driving the hard wall material by a fixing tool such as a nail. SOLUTION: This fitting structure of a hard wall material is formed of a long hard wall material B which has a female groove in the upper end and a male tongue forming a lock groove projected inward in the lower end, and a long fitting tool A which has a fixing part composed of an installation piece of a vertical plane, a female connecting part bently formed in the upper end of the fixing part, and a male connecting part bently formed in the lower end of the fixing part. A plurality of fitting tools A are connected laterally and fixed to the wall substrate a by a fitting toolβ, the female groove of the hard wall material B is inserted into an insertion groove 14 of the fitting tool A and the hard wall material B is suspended downward so that the lock groove of the hard wall material B is engaged with an engagement piece of the fitting tool A to be fixed.
