摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To establish a winding method and device for coated paper after being subjected to a super-calender process capable of winding up the coated paper having a thickness after super-calender process of below 80μm and a Bekk smoothness of over 1500 sec in good condition into a coil of 2-4 m in diameter in a paper mill. SOLUTION: The revolving speed of a deflector roll 10 installed ahead of the device is measured by a measuring instrument 10a for the revolving speed of a deflector roll, and the paper speed is calculated by multiplying the obtained value by the radius of the deflector roll 10, and the obtained paper speed is divided by the revolving speed of a winding shaft 2 measured by a winding shaft revolving speed measuring instrument 2a, and the radius of the paper 1 wound on the winding shaft 2 is determined, and until the radius attains 20 cm from the winding shaft 2, the nip pressure is controlled to a specified value over 3 kg/cm, and if the radius exceeds 20 cm from the shaft 2, the nipping pressure is decreased gradually till the end of winding so that the nipping pressure at the end of winding becomes a specified value below 2 kg/cm.
