PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress an excessive fuel pressure increase in a fuel distribution pipe without being affected by pressure fluctuation in a primary flow passage. SOLUTION: A first fuel pressure regulator R is divided into a fuel chamber 4 and a pressure chamber 5 by means of a first regulator diaphragm energized to the side of the fuel chamber 4 by means of a first regulator spring 11. A first valve seat 7 which is opened and closed by a first regulator valve body 9 is opened inside the fuel chamber 4. A pulsation damper D is divided into a fuel chamber 26 and an atmospheric chamber 25 by means of a pulsation diaphragm 24 energized to the side of the fuel chamber 26 by a damper spring 27. The fuel chamber 4 of the first fuel pressure regulator R and the fuel chamber 26 of the pulsation damper D are opened in a fuel distribution pipe F. A primary side fuel inflow passage 6 of the first fuel pressure regulator R is connected to a fuel pump P through a first inflow passage 60. A fuel chamber 48 of a second fuel pressure regulator G is connected to the first inflow passage 60 through a second inflow passage 61.
