摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify structure, and prevent an interstice between an eccentric bearing and a frame from being changed by heat during machine operation by controlling the distance between a rubber cylinder and compression cylinder through rotation of a link mechanism by a first driving unit, and detaching a rubber cylinder relative to the compression cylinder by rotation of the link mechanism by a second driving unit. SOLUTION: There is provided an eccentric bearing 6 for varying the axial position of a rubber cylinder 4 at a part of supporting the shaft of the rubber cylinder 4. Also, there is provided an eccentric bearing 12 at a part of supporting a link mechanism for rotating the eccentric bearing 6. Then, the link mechanism supported by the eccentric bearing 12 is rotated by a driving device 17 so as to control a distance between the rubber cylinder 4 and compression cylinder 3, and the link mechanism is rotated by a driving device 16 in order to allow the rubber cylinder 4 from being detached with respect to the compression cylinder 3. As such, by shifting the rotational center position of the link mechanism supported by the eccentric bearing 12, a space (s) between the outer circumferential surface of the compression cylinder 3 and the outer circumferential surface of the rubber cylinder 4 can be controlled high precisely.
