PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure the large area of a washing place without changing the size of a bathtub and a building foundation by forming a bay window at an exterior wall, providing the bathtub above a sill on the bay window side, and disposing the bathtub near the window in the state of projecting into a bay window space. SOLUTION: A bay window 2 is formed at an exterior wall 1 and formed of a transparent plate to heighten daylighting ability. A sill 3 is horizontally installed on a building foundation 4 along the longitudinal direction of the foundation 4. A rectangular bathtub 5 is disposed above the sill 3 and provided near the window in the state of projecting into a bay window space S. A floor pan 6 is provided to form a washing place 7, and the bathtub 5 is disposed on an extension part 6a of the floor pan 6, above the sill 3 through the extension part 6a. Since the bathtub 5 is put aside by the projecting dimension of the bay window space S, the washing place 7 can be extended by that dimension. The area of the bathtub 5 occupying the internal space of the bathroom is therefore reduced, and the area of the washing place 7 can be enlarged and extended by that portion. |
