PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a leather like polyurethane sheet capable of being obtained at a low production cost and also having a feeling and touch resembling to a natural leather. SOLUTION: This leather like sheet consists of a polyurethane, contains 5-95 wt.% polyurethane fibril fiber having a shape of a fiber or film having 0.1-30μm width and 10μm to 10 mm length and also containing >=5 wt.% fiber or film having >=1,000μm length, and is formed at least by interlacing the fibril fiber.
