PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain rubber-based foam excellent in tanδand not showing adhesion while retaining the high tanδof IIR (isobutylene-isoprene rubber) as much as possible and preventing the development of adhesion due to the high tanδ. SOLUTION: This rubber-based foam is composed of a vulcanized product of an admixture in which EPDM, IIR, a vulcanizing agent and an organic foaming agent are contained as ingredients and the weight content ratio of (EPDM/IIR) is (85/15)-(50/50). The rubber-based foam can prevent the development of adhesion due to the high tanδof IIR while retaining the high tanδof IIR well, and the durable rubber-based foam not showing adhesion is produced by vulcanizing and foaming the admixture via the vulcanizing agent.
