PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To rapidly and surely return a hook to an original state when a curtain is detached from a drape runner and also to prevent the coming-off of the hook from a tape main body. SOLUTION: Plural loop shape strings 14 are arranged in the tape main body 11, the hook 13 is provided with a hanging part 13a and a U shape successively provided part 13b and a part of the part 13b of the hook 13 at the side of the hanging part 13a is held in the tape main body 11 by the strings 14. Then the hook 13 is attached to the tape main body 11 and a folding and superimposing part 12 is arranged in the neighborhood of the part of the tape main body 11, where the hook 13 is arranged.
