PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an excellent powder cosmetic capable of liquefying and producing liquidlike characteristics when inuncting the cosmetic at the time of use in spite of the cosmetic in the powdery state and having a good feeling of use such as absence of powderiness, an emollient feeling and a finish feeling without any squeaky feeling at the time of use. SOLUTION: This powder cosmetic comprises 0.1-7 wt.% of a hydrophobized silicic acid anhydride having >=80 m2/g surface area, 1-50 wt.% of a powder treated with a compound selected from a perfluoropolyether dialkyl phosphate and its salt, a perfluoropolyether dialkyl sulfate and its salt, a perfluoropolyether dialkyl carboxylate and its salt and having a perfluoropolyether group having >=300 molecular weight and 30-90 wt.% of an aqueous ingredient and is capable of liquefying by inunction.
