PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the entrance of workers into a powder coating booth by forming the wall surface of the powder coating booth from a non-conductive material and the bottom surface of the powder coating booth into a grating structure in a powder coating device composed of the powder coating booth, a bag filter or the like. SOLUTION: The powder coating device is constituted of the powder coating booth 1 having the bottom surface having the grating structure 16, a recovering part 2 having the bottom surface having a double inclined structure, a joint pipe 3, a cyclone 4 and a bag filter 5. The powder coating by the powder coating device is performed to a material 12 to be coated, which is transported in the powder coating booth 1 by a transporting rail 11 for the material to be coated with a powder coating gun or the like in the powder coating booth 1. In such a case, the wall surface of the powder coating booth 1 is formed from the non-conductive material and as the material of the wall surface, the non-conductive material for example, polyvinyl chloride is used. As a result, sticking of the powder paint on the wall surface is suppressed and cleaning of the wall surface of the powder coating booth 1 is facilitated.
