PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure tank capacity and to improve oil filling workability while miniaturizing a tilting device by forming a chamfer part at the upper part of a tank, on the side facing a swivel bracket, and providing the chamfer part with an oil filling hole and a cap. SOLUTION: A power unit 20A is interposed between a stern bracket 12 and a swivel bracket 14. A chamfer part 76 is formed at the upper part of a tank housing of a tank constituting the power unit 20A, on the side facing the swivel bracket 14. The chamfer part 76 is provided with an oil filling hole, and a cap 78 is fitted to the oil filling hole. Tank capacity is therefore made as large as possible, and oil filling workability can be improved while miniaturizing the power unit 20A between the stern bracket 12 and swivel bracket 14.
