PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To demonstrate a sufficient bedsore-preventive effect by developing a phenomenon activating blood fluid. SOLUTION: This bedsore-preventive apparatus 4 eight electrode terminals 3 set in prescribed positions on the surface of pad 2 and control part 4 to intermittently give only a stimulating current of low-frequency electric stimulating pulses of 60 Hz between mutual electrodes of these electrode terminals 3. Each electrode terminal 3 has a pair of electrodes so as to intermittently give each stimulating current, and a control part 4 has controlled algorithm to selectively give the stimulating current in turn to each provided pair of the electrodes by each electrode terminal 3. Since blood fluid is activated by these, e.g. blood circulation in overall back is improved, a sufficient bedsore-preventive effect can be demonstrated. |
