PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To skillfully construct three kinds of flowing liquid systems in a limited space by installing a first orifice, a second balance chamber and a second orifice in a part of the outer cylinder side of a chamber wall forming body, and installing a third balance chamber and a third orifice in a residual part. SOLUTION: In an elastic body 14, a pressure receiving chamber 16 is separately arranged in a lower part of a cylinder 10, and a balance chamber 18 is separately arranged in an upper part by respectively connecting these by orifices 22. These orifices 22 are made to correspond to the orifices 22 formed in an upper chamber wall forming body 20a constituting an outer perpheral side chamber wall of the balance chamber 18. A second orifice 22b connecting a second balance chamber 18b and the pressure receiving chamber 16 is made to correspond to the orifices 22 on the pressure receiving chamber 16 side more than a rubber elastic film 38. A third orifice 22c connecting a third balance chamber 18c and the pressure receiving chamber 16 is set in the orifices 22 turning to the third balance chamber 18c in succession to this by using a hole 44 formed in a lower chamber wall forming body 20a as an outflow inlet. |
