PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ring member welding device, a welding electrode therefor and a ring member welding method which are excellent in a mass-productivity and perform a high-precision electric welding. SOLUTION: In the inside of a welding electrode 24A, a piston 24A-2 operating according to control air to be supplied and exhausted from air supply and exhaust holes 24A-1 and a collet chuck 24A-3 movable with the operation of the piston, are provided. The collet chuck 24A-3 is flared in positions H1 and H2 when the piston 24A-2 positions at a top dead point, and a sheet can be held by its inner peripheral surface. |
