发明名称 VIBRATION CONTROL METHOD FOR TURBINE MOVING BLADE
摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration control method for turbine blades limited to a whole periphery integrally composed structure, for suppressing cost increase compared to a conventional control method. SOLUTION: This is vibration control method for a plurality of moving blades attached to a turbine to form a whole periphery integrally composed structure. In step 11 of this method, a natural frequency of the respective moving blades are measured. In step 12, a mean value of the natural frequencies of all the moving blades is computed. In step 13, a reference vibration range of±10% is set based on the computed mean value of the natural frequency. In step 14, it is determined whether or not the natural frequencies of all the moving blades are within the reference vibration range. The moving blade showing the natural frequency not within the reference vibration range is determined as defect.
