PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an antifouling agent composition which shows low toxicity, possesses antifouling effect over a long period of time, exerts antifouling effect on aquatic organisms, e.g. barnacles, hard-shelled mussels or seruplas or the like, and is useful as an antifouling coating or the like by including a soluble copper glass and a metallopyrithione. SOLUTION: This antifouling agent composition is obtained by including (A) a soluble copper glass and (B) a metallopyrithione, preferably a copper pyrithione, preferably in a proportion of the component B1-200 pts.wt. based on the component A 100 pts.wt. Copper and/or an inorganic copper compound may be added to this composition. Further, at least one kind of resin components selected from an acrylic resin, a vinyl resin, a modified vinyl resin, a styrene-butadiene-based resin and a polysiloxane-based resin may be included. Furthermore, at least on kind of solution adjuvants selected from a rosin, chlorinated paraffin, tricresyl phosphate, polybutene, silicone oil, paraffin and vaseline may be included.
