PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To always set a key keeping cabinet at a construction site by providing a fixing clip on the key keeping cabinet, and making the knob part of the clip and a lock mechanism the inside of the key keeping cabinet. SOLUTION: A knob part 2B is made the inside of a key keeping cabinet 1, a grip part 2A is made the outside to integrally provide a clip 2, and a taper rod 6 being the opening and closing stopper of the clip 2 is provided on the knob part 2B. During attaching of the key keeping cabinet 1, the knob part 2B of the inside is operated to open the grip part 2A, and, for instance, pinched and fixed on the steel pipe of a construction site. Next, the taper rod 6 is engaged with a taper groove 7 to lock the opening and closing of the clip 2. In addition, in use, a numeral matching lock 10 is attached to the door 9 of the key keeping cabinet 1, and a main entrance key or the like is kept in the inside. Thereby detaching from the outside of the key keeping cabinet 1 is made impossible, and the key can be always kept at the construction site.
